Lost Lands Wilderness Hike
When: Scheduled privately~ a good early morning, afternoon and evening hike.

Where: Lost Lands Potomac State Forest  ~ 20-25 minutes from Deep Creek Lake

What you will do and see: Trail drops over 600 feet in elevation from top to bottom.
Good hiking boots or sturdy sneakers are recommended due to rough terrain.
Several beautiful waterfalls and other natural attractions are visible along this trail, including wildflowers in the spring. Hardwood forests with dense areas of mountain laurel, rhododendrons and hemlock. Wildlife includes deer, wild turkey, black bear and snakes. Suitable for families, not recommended for small children

Your fun loving and knowledgable guide will carry a first aid kit and is trained in its use.
